Very useful app. But, the graph rendering is a bit off. I barbell rowed 120, but the line ends up at about 117 instead. Also it would be nice if the lines had dots where there was a data point. If your progression is linear you can't see where your workouts were, because the line is just straight.

Great, but simple, literally an iOS APP

Love it! I wish it were. More flexible with weight choice between KG/Lbs. My gym has both and sometimes the kg or lb plates I need are not available.. Maybe a recording feature like the golf swing apps. Good coaching is a rare thing in my region. Easiest way to track Progress!

Why no more emails?

I followed this routine for more than a year. And been receeving motivational emails. But now he seems to stop sending those emails even when i signed up again using alternate email. This sucks

Great with excellent support!

Perfect for beginners. Been using it for a month or so now. I faced a few problems at first which got fixed on the very next update after I mentioned them. It is a great way to keep track of your lifts and rest periods to keep you focused.

Great concept

For experienced weightlifters this is a great way to increase strength quickly, for beginners it's one of the best if not the best way of progressive weight increase with less risk of injury. Would highly recommend this app.

Great app if you're doing StrongLifts

If you're doing the StrongLifts routine, having this app is almost a must. I love the simplicity and the way it plans your warmup for you. Also, if you fail a set, it gives you a nice motivational message, which seems silly, but it is nice. One thing is that I'm not quite a beginner, so the weights it told me to begin with were way too low, so I had to increase them myself. Other than that it's great!

App works great and the program is good, though do some extra research when it comes to form and diet. I've gotten my squat up to 5x5 122.5 kg (260 lb) in only a few months, and my pants are already fitting tighter around the thigh... no more chicken legs! However, the 3x a week squat + deadlifting + commuting by bike 40 minutes per day, has resulted in some bad knee pain. I have since deloaded the weight, and I am hoping with some form changes, more stretching/foamrolling, and MyFitnessPal calorie counting I can follow this routine for a few more months and keep up the gains! I would highly recommend for beginners, but also for those like myself who are experienced with lifting, but have never been able to maintain a consistent routine.

Quick, simple, easy, and to the point. Just focus on lifting while this little guy does all of the tracking for you. It's a great app for beginning lifters and great for any age to use! Highly recommended this!

Handy but it has its faults

It's a good app for tracking progress and guiding you along but it has some problems. I think the power pack is expensive and despite the synchronisation supposedly being fixed I am having real trouble trying to get my devices synchronised, and I've now lost a workout trying to get it to work. It's a shame because the app has a nice clean interface and is easy to use. It's a decent gym Buddy but it's not quite polished yet.
